15 Easter Brunch Recipes For The Perfect Spring Menu

I love all of the holidays, but there is something so special about Easter to me. I don't know if it's the pastels, the spring weather, or the excuse to wear a pretty dress and hunt jewel-toned eggs, but it's always been one of my favorite holidays. And when you combine it with the best meal of the day? Well Easter brunch is just the greatest. I've yet to host one, but I already have a giant list of Easter brunch recipes ready to go for the day I can strap on a pastel apron and use plastic eggs and Peeps as table decorations.

I guess it makes sense that the two go together ― brunch is so perfect for spring mornings. You're not dying for a piping hot cup of coffee because it's not freezing outside, and you're also not having your stomach churn at the thought of breakfast because it's a million degrees outside. When I think of brunch, I think of sundresses, sitting outside with a crisp breeze, and so much delicious food. I mean, you don't pour cereal at brunch, right? You eat lots of fruit, some savory favorites, and fancy dishes like Eggs Benedict. And you can't forget the cocktails. I mean, mimosas aren't exactly a Thursday morning, before work kind of drink are they? So for your perfect Easter brunch, try these 15 recipes and soak up all spring brunch has to offer (like fruit-filled pastries and a Bloody Mary or two).
