If there’s one thing I’ve learned during my two years of motherhood it’s that you can’t do it alone. (Well, that, and how to function on approximately zero hours of sleep.) Motherhood is an life-changing role that takes a lot of adjustment. And although learning how to care for another human being is hard, it doesn’t have to be impossible. Take breastfeeding, for example. This is of the most taxing tasks of motherhood, and one of the best things you can do is find helpful resources, whether that’s a shoulder to cry on, a support group, or a powerful breastfeeding videos.
Whether it’s a easy-to-follow tutorial, laughable short that you can relate to, or a powerful clip to push you through the hard moments (engorged breasts are no joke moms!) breastfeeding videos can be a lifesaver for nursing moms. There will be plenty of times you want to throw in the towel and switch to formula, and that’s totally OK.
