'Bachelorette' Fans Are So In Love With Kenny's Daughter

by Chrissy Bobic

One of the highlights of The Bachelorette Season 13 was the big Kenny and Lee saga, so of course fans expected their many fights to be brought up during the Men Tell All special Monday night. What fans probably didn't expect, however, was when Kenny's daughter appeared on The Bachelorette: Men Tell All, proving that they're basically the cutest father-daughter duo in Bachelor Nation history. Kenny was the single dad of the season and I don't know if his relationship with his daughter Mckenzie made him more appealing, but his devotion to her was apparent throughout his time on The Bachelorette.

Every time Kenny called his daughter on The Bachelorette this season, you could see that being a dad is a big part of who he is, so when Rachel sent him home so he could be with his daughter again, it made sense. I didn't love the idea of Kenny being sent home on The Bachelorette, but his and McKenzie's tears were very real each time they spoke on the phone. You could tell that they have a special relationship, which only made it harder to see Kenny go home.

On The Bachelorette: Men Tell All special, Kenny's daughter surprised him on-stage and the waterworks started up once again for both of them. Basically, Kenny would make the sweetest Bachelor and McKenzie stopping in at the Bachelor Mansion every once in awhile to advise him.

On The Bachelorette: Men Tell All special Monday night, Kenny told Chris Harrison, "She's my whole heart," when referring to his daughter and admitted that he didn't want her to see him in a bad light on The Bachelorette this season. There were quite a few times where both Kenny and Lee could have, but didn't, drop their arguments, but overall, it could have been a lot worse. And clearly, Kenny's daughter respects him a lot.

In turn, Kenny seems to have a certain amount of respect for Rachel, who he said has all of the qualities he would want to see in his own daughter someday, despite being sent home and losing the chance to really fall in love with her this season.

Kenny could have been the type of contestant to use the fact that he's a dad to gain more fans or more favor in Rachel's eyes, but he just seems like a genuinely devoted dad. And when his daughter showed up to surprise him on The Bachelorette: Men Tell All special, it was totally clear. And I'm definitely here for it.
