'Teen Mom 2' Star Kailyn Lowry's Instagrams Show A Happy Family

This week, Kaitlin Lowry shared the first pictures of her newborn son and they are absolutely adorable. Not that that should surprise anyone, of course. Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry's Instagrams about her kids are always super cute and insightful, whether she's standing up for breastfeeding moms or just sharing pics of what life looks like for a 25-year-old mother of three. (Spoiler alert: it's hectic.)

Lowry confirmed on Twitter last weekend that she had given birth to Baby Lo, since she's still thinking about a name. This is her first child with Chris Lopez. She also has sons Isaac Elliot, 7 years old, whom she co-parents with ex Jo Riviera and 3-year-old Lincoln Marshall, whom she shared with Javi Marroquin. Although Baby Lo still doesn't have an official name, Lowry has already shared a few pictures on Instagram of him and his older brothers hanging out.

Lowry announced her pregnancy in February and was rightfully ready for some pushback from internet commenters. She wrote in a blog post:

I’ve had a lot of health complications leading up to this pregnancy and I was not ready to release such private information on my own just yet being that I am so high risk with this pregnancy. I didn’t want to announce just to have another miscarriage and suffer through another grief.

Fortunately, Baby Lo seems happy and healthy. And Lowry's Instagram posts about her kids shows that she's a dedicated and happy mom.

Batter Up!

As a mom of three boys, a bestselling author, and a recent college graduate, Lowry still gets hate from people about the way she lives her life. Which, to be real, is totally absurd. Her boys are happy and healthy and seem to be always having fun. As a single mom, things seem to be panning out — as they so often do — just fine.

She wrote about her graduation in a blog post saying, "Between teen motherhood, financial hurdles in the beginning, then moving to a new state, marriage, babies and divorce… and then of course just wanting to give up, I (barely) held on."

But she didn't. Instead, she did what a lot of people seem to think is possible — be a woman with children and make it happen for herself.. On her graduation cap, she wrote, "mom X3 + a degree.” YAS.

Lowry's children are adorable and, judging by her social media presence, seem to be doing just fine. Instead of hating on the mom for living her life, raising her kids, and meeting her own personal goals, maybe the peanut gallery should just appreciate that she's a woman pretty much doing it all — whatever that means, anyway.
