Science, the medical community, your mother, co-workers, and the stranger sitting next to you on the train want you to get in on. Why? Because things that happen when you have sex everyday are mostly all good.
But how many people are really having sex everyday? Huffington Post studied and measured how much sex married couples have. Although no one in the study reported having daily sex, it was found that age and the length of the marriage did not have an impact on the frequency of sex. In fact, some couples married for more than 15 years reported having more sex than newlyweds. So, maybe it's the singles who are having daily sex? People who have partners but are not married? Octogenarians? Only people in Hollywood movies or reality TV shows? I really, really want to know.
Because not only does sex feel good, research has shown time and time again how sex benefits your body, and the more frequently you do it, the healthier your body and your brain become. So why isn't everyone doing it all the time? If you're one of the lucky few to have sex everyday, it's almost unfair that you get to reap all of these benefits too.
