Raven Is Extremely Passionate About Her Dance Career

One of Raven’s biggest identifying factors this season on Big Brother is the apparent showmance she’s in with Matt. But Raven’s Instagram before Big Brother 19 shows this houseguest is passionate about her job more than anything else, boyfriends included. Obviously showmances are par for the course where Big Brother is concerned, especially this season. However, outside of the house, as Raven’s Instagram will show you, the BB19 houseguest seems to be very much into her career as a dance instructor.

The 23-year-old works as a dance instructor back home in Arkansas (or “Arkansassy,” as she calls it) and her Instagram is full of photos and videos showing off her talent. You might also notice that she favors the long extensions outside of the house too, though worn down instead of up in those two innocent buns atop her head. But the extra hair certainly doesn't seem to get in the way of her dancing, which is extremely impressive, by the way.

Honestly, the fact that Raven’s Instagram shows the BB19 houseguest’s physical talents means that if they finally break out some heavy endurance competitions, she might be pretty high up there in lasting long. You definitely don’t become a dance instructor by standing still.

On her Big Brother bio, Raven said that one of the things that would be hard for her in the house would be not having any contact with her dance students and that one of the things she'd take into the house if she could would be "a ballet barre, so I could keep up my training while in the house." Clearly, she wasn’t exaggerating.

The topic of Raven being a dance instructor hasn’t really come up too much this season, but for the athleticism alone, it’s sure to give her an advantage in the competitions to come. Provided, of course, that Raven gets the chance to stick around long enough to see some real challenges.

But more than being a dancer in general, Raven apparently puts everything into being a dance instructor, meaning working day and night to make sure her young dancers are ready. So that kind of diligence can potentially take her far in the Big Brother house once things get more serious.

Raven’s Instagram before BB19 definitely shows another side of the seemingly laid back houseguest who referred to herself in her Big Brother bio as more "quirky, bubbly, and outgoing" than anything else. I can't wait to see what she brings to this already exciting competition.
