When Will ABC Family's 25 Days Of Christmas Premiere? The Schedule Is Here, So Get Your Popcorn Ready

by Leah Rocketto

November has just begun, but people are already preparing for the holiday season. Starbucks is using its infamous red cups, stores are donning their Christmas decor, and ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas premiere date and schedule has been released to the world.

Even though Christmas is still several weeks away, the cable network wasted no time announcing when its 25 Days of Christmas series would premiere and what movies it will include. As the title suggests, 25 Days of Christmas will begin on Tuesday, December 1 and run until December 25, which is perfect if you're looking for a way to pass all those hours ordering, returning, assembling, wrapping, decorating before you finally get to open presents and stuff your face with cookies.

In addition to airing a month's worth of Christmas-themed movies, ABC Family will also air its Countdown to 25 Days of Christmas. International Business Times reports that the pre-Christmas countdown will run from Sunday, November 22 till Monday, November 30, and will include a mix of family-friendly films (think Toy Story and The Parent Trap), Christmas movies, and a Pretty Little Liars time jump special.

I could do without the Countdown to 25 Days of Christmas (I mean, do we really need a countdown to a countdown?), but I can't wait for the 25 Days of Christmas to begin so I can binge watch all of my favorite holidays movies. If you're just as excited as me, take a look at the 25 Days of Christmas schedule and set your DVRs stat. Of course, if you miss a viewing, don't worry. ABC Family airs each movie multiple times, because it's that amazing.
